Payment Schedule

To confirm travel a $300 deposit is due per room. This deposit will go towards room balance.

Payment Terms

A $300 per room deposit is due at time booking.
Second deposit 50% of room due October 4, 2024.
Third deposit 75% of room due February 7, 2025.
Final payment is due April 11, 2025.

*Additional payments can be made at any time.

Cancellation Terms

Free cancellation until January 1, 2025, with no penalty. Penalties will apply after January 1, 2025, with no return deposit. Additional penalties will apply after February 05, 2025.

FLIGHT ACCOMODATIONS - Flights will be booked on your own if additional assistance is needed for flights please call the travel agent for additional help. Once your flight has been booked, please email thinksmarttravel@gmail.com with your flight itinerary to set up transport to and from the airport for an additional fee.

***Bookings requested after February 23, 2025, are subject to market rates and availability. Bookings made within 55 days of travel must be paid in full and are subject to market rates and availability.
